Frequently Asked Questions
Can the large wardrobe be custom-made to fit the dimensions of my room?
Sure. Please provide floor plans, elevations, on-site measurements, or reference drawings. We can adjust the module width, height, and internal layout based on ceiling height, door and window locations, baseboards, and your clothing storage needs.
How much space should be left for hanging a long coat?
The space for long garments is typically allocated based on the actual length of coats, trench coats, or dresses. Please let us know the main types of clothing or provide reference measurements, and we will confirm the height of the hanging rod and the available space below it on the drawings.
Can the glass or color be changed on a black-framed glass display case?
Yes. Depending on the design and safety requirements, we can discuss options such as clear, tinted, or other suitable glass types; metal frames and handles can also be coordinated in black or other approved finishes.
Can I add motion-sensor lights to my closet?
Yes. We can configure LED light strips with sensor, door-activated, or manual controls based on the cabinet layout and electrical conditions. The specific light positions, color temperature, and power supply locations will be coordinated when the drawings are finalized.
Can small batches of wardrobes be shipped together with other materials?
This can be evaluated based on the overall order and container loading plan. For whole-home or multi-category purchases, small-batch cabinetry can typically be consolidated with other cabinets, furniture, or building materials when loading the container, rather than being subject to a fixed minimum quantity requirement.
Is there a charge for wardrobe samples?
Most small samples are usually free; you only need to pay for shipping. Larger, full-door samples or custom-made samples will be confirmed before production.
What information do I need to provide when requesting a quote?
Please provide the room dimensions or floor plans, your estimated clothing storage needs, your preferred door panel and glass finishes, lighting requirements, the project location, and the estimated timeline. If the information is incomplete, you can also send reference images first, and we will help you develop a plan.
