How do you handle quality control?
We check structure, surface finish, upholstery, hardware, and packaging according to the order. For seating and other key pieces, we also review comfort, stability, and appearance before shipment, with photos or videos shared when needed.
What if products arrive damaged?
We use reinforced export packaging with foam, corner protectors, cartons, wooden frames, or crates for fragile items. If shipping damage occurs, send us photos and order details, and we will help arrange replacement parts, repair support, or an after-sales solution according to the order terms.
Can you match existing furniture finishes?
Yes. Send us a color sample, Pantone reference, or wood finish photo. We match stains, paints, and fabric colors to your existing palette.
