Yes. We send tile samples (usually 2-3 pieces per design) so you can check color, texture, and quality in person. Sample costs are credited against your production order.
How do you handle quality control?
We inspect every batch for color consistency, size accuracy (卤0.5mm), surface defects, and water absorption rate. Inspection reports are shared before shipping.
What if tiles arrive broken?
We use reinforced export cartons with foam spacers. Typical breakage rate is under 0.5%. We replace any broken tiles at no extra cost in your next order.
