Can I get samples before ordering?

Yes. We produce a pre-production sample for your approval before starting bulk production. This ensures the finish, dimensions, and comfort meet your expectations.

How do you handle quality control?

Every piece goes through structural testing, surface inspection, and comfort testing (seating). We share photos and videos of your finished order before shipping.

What if products arrive damaged?

We use reinforced export packaging with foam inserts, corner protectors, and custom crating for fragile items. If damage occurs during shipping, we replace the affected parts at no extra cost.

Can you match existing furniture finishes?

Yes. Send us a color sample, Pantone reference, or wood finish photo. We match stains, paints, and fabric colors to your existing palette.

What is the typical MOQ for furniture?

MOQ varies by piece type — typically 10-30 pieces for standard items. Custom designs may require 50+ pieces. Mixed containers with different furniture types are common.

Do you offer flat-pack (RTA) furniture?

Yes. Flat-pack with KD fittings saves up to 40% on shipping volume. We include assembly instructions, hardware, and tools. Fully assembled options are also available.

How long does production take?

Standard production is 30-45 days after sample approval. Custom finishes, rare wood species, or large quantities may extend to 50-65 days.

Can you handle multi-location deliveries?

Yes. We label each piece by location, floor, and room. Split-container shipments to different ports can be arranged for chain projects.
