Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best material for outdoor kitchen cabinets?

The decision should be based on factors such as whether the kitchen is covered, as well as rain, humidity, salt spray, and maintenance requirements. Powder-coated aluminum is lightweight and corrosion-resistant; stainless steel is suitable for a professional appearance; and compact laminate panels offer a wider range of surface options.

Are outdoor kitchen cabinets waterproof?

Outdoor cabinets are designed with weather-resistant materials and drainage appropriate to the installation environment, but any system requires proper installation and maintenance. The final weather protection depends on the cabinet materials, seams, countertops, equipment, and on-site shading conditions.

Can you customize the cutouts to fit my grill and outdoor appliances?

Yes. Please provide the brand, model, and technical dimensions for each piece of equipment before the drawings are finalized. We will coordinate the cutouts, ventilation clearances, maintenance space, and water, electricity, or gas connections.

Can a small number of outdoor cabinets be shipped together with other materials?

This can be evaluated based on the entire order and the container loading plan. When purchasing for an entire home or multiple product categories, outdoor cabinetry can typically be shipped together with indoor cabinets, furniture, or other building materials.

Is there a charge for outdoor material samples?

Most small samples are usually free; you only need to cover shipping. For larger door panel samples or custom samples, we will confirm the cost before production.

What information do I need to provide when requesting a quote for outdoor kitchen cabinets?

Please send us the on-site measurements or drawings, photos of the installation location, local climate conditions, a list of equipment and their models, your preferred materials and colors, the project location, and the timeline. If your information is incomplete, you can still request a free consultation.

Materials & Construction

Cabinet Body The outdoor system shown uses a powder-coated aluminum cabinet body. For coastal or high-humidity sites, the body can be upgraded to 304 or 316 stainless steel, with clearance below for drainage and ventilation.
Cabinet Door Flat doors are made of 2- to 3-millimeter-thick bent aluminum or stainless steel panels, with internal reinforcement to prevent warping. Surface finishes include outdoor powder coating, brushed finish, or wood-grain finish.
Hardware The standard configuration includes 304 stainless steel hinges, slides, and fasteners; an upgrade to 316 stainless steel is recommended for poolside, coastal, and high-salt-fog environments. A soft-close feature is available as an option.
Countertop Outdoor worktops are available in 20-millimeter UV-resistant sintered stone or 30-millimeter granite. Waterfall edges and openings for the grill, sink, and faucet are fabricated from the confirmed equipment templates.
Weather Resistance Aluminum components receive an outdoor-grade powder coating. Drainage paths, ventilation gaps, and raised cabinet bases help prevent standing water around doors, cabinet floors, and appliance zones; protection is matched to the site's exposure level.
Services & Ventilation Gas, power, plumbing, refrigeration, and grill zones receive the required ventilation, access panels, and safety clearances. Final openings follow the confirmed equipment specifications.
Compliance & Warranty Material certificates are available for metal grades and surface treatments; electrical configurations are selected in accordance with destination standards. The cabinet structure is covered by a 10-year limited warranty, and the warranty for outdoor surfaces is determined based on the environment and coating system.

All specifications are subject to customization. Contact us for technical drawings and detailed data sheets.

Available Finishes

Outdoor surfaces must be selected based on exposure to sunlight, rain, salt spray, and shading conditions. Powder-coated aluminum, stainless steel, and compact laminate panels each have different appearance and maintenance requirements; the final material and color should be confirmed based on samples and the specific application environment.
